before you can perform the installation |

A: Upon acceptance of your estimate, normally the
installation can take place between 2 and 3 weeks. Special order
and millwork items may take 3 to 5 weeks for delivery.
Installation will be within 2 weeks from that point.

| Q: What's to keep
my windows from rotting again? |
|
A: We use PVC windows that are totally rot-free
and warranted 25 years against any degradation.

| Q: Should I
replace the entire window or door unit or just repair what's
damaged? |

A: Exterior components can be replaced with PVC
products as long as the window or door jamb are not in jeopardy
of rot.

options do I have? |

A: We accept cash, check, and most major credit
cards.

| Q: What is the
warranty for all work done? |
|
A: Labor is warranted for 1 year under
the original homeowner. The warranty on the products that are
installed vary depending on the manufacturer. Warranties are
issued with the install contract upon request.
